We, the management and staff of Duro Pipe Industrial Pvt. Ltd. are committed to maximize the satisfaction of our customers through high quality, fairly priced products as our most important concern as a mean of warranting their continued loyalty.

Forecasting our resources to create an environment that works best for our employees and provide a superior value to our shareholders for continual growth and development with the implementation of ISO 9001-2008 is considered as one of our obligations.

DPIL obtained the ISO 9001:2008 series of Quality Management System Certification and for SLS 147:2013 standard (New Version) for unplasticised poly (Vinyl Chloride) pipe for water supply and for buried and above ground drainage and sewerage under pressure. DPIL also obtained SLS 935:1991 for PVC solvent cement in application used in PVC pipes and fittings. These certifications have been consistently maintained and renewed up to date.

1. CORROSION FREE

Duro pipes resist both acid and alkali, so they can be used without fear of corrosion.

2. LIGHT AND RIGID

UPVCpipes weigh only 1/5.5 of iron 1/7.7 of lead; and also their tensile strength is 1/3 of iron and four times of lead. The following table shows the comparative data between the Duro pipe and other materials.

3. CONSTANT WATER FLOW

The internal surfaces of Duro pipes are smooth, which minimize flow loss and impedes the build up of deposits.

 

4. SAFE FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK

Duro pipes have the superior physical properties of low electrical conductivity and high dielectric strength ; therefore they are free from the fear of electric shock, and are suitable for electric conduits.

5. NON – INFLAMMABLE

Duro pipes do not  support combustion and the fire proof since they are self extinguishing.

 

6. LOW HEAT CONDUCTIVITY

Duro pipes have low heat conductivity, the heat absorbtion and heat and heat dispersion of water inside the pipe is minimal.

The recommended water temperature for Duro pipes is + 1 ‘C – 45’ C

 

7. EASY HANDLING AND INSTALLATION

Since Duro pipes soften at a temperature of about 83’ C, bending by heat and connecting the pipes with solvent cement can be done freely without any loss in performance.
